Dream School

Sleep Consultant Training

Are you ready to try something new?

Hello! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Arielle Greenleaf, founder and certified pediatric sleep consultant at Expect to Sleep Again Sleep Consulting.

Like many of you, I was a tired mama four years ago when I myself hired my very own sleep consultant. I was dangerously exhausted in every possible way, and was struggling to get through daily life as a new mom. Hiring a sleep consultant was still the single best thing I've done as a parent.

Fast forward to today. I've now officially been in business for 4+ years (and unofficially for 5+!). Throughout my time as a sleep consultant, I've had many clients and friends ask if they can work for me or with me. I've had a dream to build a team and/or help others find their passion as a sleep consultant. I have never been so professionally satisfied, and I want to share my knowledge with those willing to take that leap with me!

The first step to making any dream come true is action. So, let's do this!

What's included?

Learn the fundamentals of newborn sleep, realistic expectations, tips and tricks to help newborns and parents of newborns get the rest they need.

We classify infants as babies age 4-12 months. Learn about the way infant sleep develops, when to expect nap transitions, various methods to help infants learn to sleep independently and more!

Toddlers are between the ages of 13 and 36 months. Children in this age group change drastically. Anxieties and fears can come into play, and habits can be harder to break. Learn strategies to address the emotional side of sleep that comes with this age group.

Preschoolers are children between the ages of 3 and 5 years. Like toddlers, preschoolers require lots of thought and consideration to the emotional aspect.

School-aged children from ages 6-10 almost always have some sort of anxiety or emotional piece attached to their sleep troubles. Learn how to flesh those out and help families get their sleep back.

Sleep and nutrition go hand-in-hand. It's critical to understand how nutrition plays a role in sleep. Many sleep problems are tied closely to diet. Learn about this relationship and how you may help your clients.

Medical Concerns

There are a number of medical considerations that you may encounter when working with a family. Learn about each of these considerations and how to handle them with your clients.

Business 101

Starting a business and gaining clientele can be tough! Whether you plan to start your own business or apply to join the ETSA dream team, this unit will help you learn the basics!

Arielle is a trained life coach in addition to being a certified sleep consultant. Throughout your time in the program, you will have access to mentorship directly with Arielle both in a group and individual setting.
