A Starting Point for Better Sleep

What Is the 24-Hour Sleep Foundation™?

This is the required starting point for all new clients.

Before making changes to your child’s sleep, we first need to understand the full picture. Short naps, bedtime struggles, early wakings, and overnight disruptions are often connected, which is why I do not believe in isolated “quick fixes.”

Using your child’s sleep logs and history, I’ll analyze how sleep is being distributed across the full 24 hours and help you understand what may actually be contributing to the challenges you’re seeing.

What’s Included

I’ll review your child’s sleep history and current sleep concerns.

Sleep History Review

Sleep Log Analysis

I’ll dive deep into your child’s sleep log data to determine their 24-hour sleep needs. This gives us a realistic picture for sleep expectations.

I’ll record a Loom video for you to keep after our session is over. This can be helpful to review.

Personalized Loom Video Review

During our 1:1 session, I will share clear scheduling recommendations and actionable next steps. You’ll get personalized guidance based on your child’s specific needs.

Schedule adjustments are often a key piece of the puzzle, but they are not the whole picture.

If your child does not yet have independent sleep skills, improving the schedule alone may not automatically lead to:

  • longer naps

  • longer nights

  • fewer wake-ups

  • less sleep disruption

Sleep is usually a combination of:

  • sleep distribution

  • sleep skills

  • environment

  • consistency

My goal is to help you understand what is realistically contributing to your child’s sleep challenges so we can determine the right next step for your family.
